Setia Langades

Setia Langades is a 2,500 sq ft semi-detached home in Setia Eco Glades, Cyberjaya, designed and built for a young professional couple with a daughter. Delivered as a full turnkey design & build within 8 weeks, the brief called for a modern classical home with a refined, executive feel.

Design Concept & Approach

The clients wanted cornice work, beading, and ceiling details that lean classical, paired with a marble finish across the living, dining, and kitchen. ZCube shaped this into a Contemporary Luxury and Modern Tropical residence, an open-plan layout that lets living, dining, and outdoor spaces flow into one another, framed by feature wall paneling, architectural cove lighting, and a mix of marble and timber textures. Bespoke handle-less cabinetry keeps the storage clean and clutter-free throughout. The wife’s love of baking shaped one of the home’s centrepieces: a large kitchen island topped in Consentino Italian quartz, chosen for its hygiene performance across cooking and food-prep needs, matched with custom carpentry finished in a high-durability spray paint in her preferred colour. Beyond hard and soft finishes, ZCube worked with a local artist to select and place art pieces suited to the house, a collaboration that also gave the artist wider exposure.

Delivery covered the full turnkey scope, design conceptualisation, spatial layout, structural and electrical coordination, custom carpentry fabrication, and handover, completed within 8 weeks to a high standard of finishing precision, giving the family an elevated, worry-free residential transformation from concept to move-in.
