Desa Park City

This landed/semi-detached luxury residence in Desa Park City, Kuala Lumpur, was designed for a specialist doctor and his young family, delivered as a full turnkey design & build.

Design Concept & Approach

“The clients wanted a high-tech, dynamic, futuristic sanctuary rather than a conventional luxury house. ZCube’s response was to eliminate rigid, boxy angles altogether: walls curve seamlessly into custom carpentry, which loops back into the ceiling in one continuous architectural flow, engineered without visible joints or structural sagging despite the complexity of the curved paneling. Smart home technology, automated lighting, climate control, digital systems, is routed and concealed entirely within that bespoke joinery, kept accessible for maintenance without disrupting the clean architectural lines. The family’s young daughter also shaped the design: elegant designer animal stools and child-friendly soft textures are worked into the living hall, so the home reads as warm and safe for a child, not just high-tech.

Full turnkey delivery covered master space planning, smart home integration, complex curved carpentry fabrication, and architectural lighting design through to full lifestyle staging, engineering continuous curved paneling across walls, furniture, and ceiling soffits without visible seams, one of the more technically demanding builds in ZCube’s residential portfolio.”
