Empire Subang is a mixed commercial development in the heart of Subang Jaya’s SS16, combining Empire Hotel, Empire SOHO (small offices), Empire Tower (office suites), and Empire Shopping Gallery (retail mall) across 3.8 acres.
Design Concept & Approach
ZCube’s interior and traffic flow planning gave the shopping mall a layout efficient enough to compete against far larger malls across the Klang Valley, proof that smart circulation design, not just floor area, is what determines how a retail space actually performs.
