Eco Hill Indonesia

ZCube was invited to design a high-end semi-detached housing development at EcoHill Indonesia, Setia EcoHill, Jakarta, with a brief to help the local developer open the property up to an international buyer market.

Design Concept & Approach

The design fuses rich Indonesian timber textures and cultural references with a cleaner, more global architectural language, translating traditional Indonesian woodwork into modern lines that read as cosmopolitan without losing their local character. As with Wilton Tower in China, this ran as a back-end white-label design engagement: full 3D visual rendering, spatial layout master planning, 2D construction drawings, and material specification sheets, produced remotely to coordinate cleanly with local site supervisors and international design leads in Jakarta. Fast-turnaround 3D visuals supported the developer’s marketing launches and investor presentations, while the completed drawing packages gave their local execution team a clear, internationally benchmarked standard to build to.
