Braun Büffel Store Design Transformation: A Modern Retail Experience in Kuala Lumpur

Braun Buffel is a German heritage leather goods house with over a century of craftsmanship behind it. This 1,000 sq ft boutique fit-out at Suria KLCC, Kuala Lumpur, delivered over 6 weeks, was a modern retail makeover aimed at bringing the brand’s premium identity to a newer generation of shoppers.

Design Concept & Approach

The brief was a modern makeover aimed squarely at millennial and women shoppers, moving the store’s identity toward a fresher, more contemporary retail experience without losing the brand’s premium positioning. The fit-out was delivered inside one of Suria KLCC’s higher-footfall retail zones, a constraint that called for tight coordination between design intent, mall compliance requirements, and a fast execution window to minimise disruption to trading.
