Brezza Show Unit is a 1,000 sq ft sales gallery and show unit for Brezza One Residency in Bukit Antarabangsa, delivered over 6 weeks against a strict developer launch schedule. The brief set out to redefine what a Nordic-style show unit could be for property developers targeting multi-generational family buyers.

Design Concept & Approach

“Rather than cold Scandinavian minimalism, ZCube introduced a warm brown, timber-led Nordic Classic palette, clean lines and soft neutral textiles that feel inviting rather than clinical. The standout feature is a dedicated multi-generational bedroom suite, styled specifically for elderly family members: smooth-edge joinery, accessible lighting switches, and barrier-free pathways, all designed to sit seamlessly within the same luxury Nordic aesthetic as the rest of the unit, rather than reading as a separate “”accessible”” room. Multi-generational living is a genuine selling point in the current property market, and pairing that with a comforting, universally liked Nordic look gave this show unit a way to speak to both young families and buyers shopping for elder-care-ready homes at once.
